Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must have proof that the item was never working and you must have already contacted the vendor via store contact information or the site’s Q&A option. If the customer and vendor can not come to a resolution, an investigation will be launched and the customer evidence will be reviewed.
TLMC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases where there is not enough evidence in the favor of the customer.
